SURFACE SEAL

Seals the product and makes it easy to clean and maintain. The surface seal also gives it texture, for a realistic wood look.

WEAR LAYER

Our WPC has a 0.5mm (20mil) commercial grade wear layer which is responsible for its high level of durability and wide range of application.

LUXURY VINYL LAYER

The decorative layer is a 1.5mm virgin vinyl printed in high resolution giving it a véritable wood appearance. Because it is a virgin vinyl, no VOCs (ie.Phthalates) are emitted, keeping you and your family safe and healthy.

BASE LAYER

Responsible for the high level of dimensional stability and weight support of the planks.

EXTRUDED WATERPROOF CORE

The core board is made of a 5mm thick wood-plastic composite, a hybrid material composed of natural wood and plastic fibers.

LOCKING SYSTEM

Our planks feature a push down high precision profiling for low friction and a fast, tidy installation.

NOISE-ABSORBING MAT

Our planks come with an integrated 1mm high density sound proofing and moisture barrier IXPE foam for optimal noise reduction.
