MENLO PARK RESIDENCE - CALIFORNIA

Floor to ceiling windows accentuate the beautiful views of the San Francisco Bay, California from this modern 6,317sq.ft. residence. Menlo Park Residence – developed in 2019 by Veev/Dragonfly group and designed by Bekom Design– sold for nearly 10M and portrays state-of-the-art technology with thoughtful design details.

Menlo Park Residence was beautifully designed for style and function with radiant heated European White Oak floors in Matisse, built-in elegant strip lighting throughout, and an elevator connecting the two levels.

This ultra modern residence, featuring 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, along with outdoor social spaces and a heated pool, uses the landscape to its full advantage and provides a modern approach to indoor/outdoor living.

 

 

MENLO PARK’S CONTEMPORARY APPEAL + MATISSE WOOD FLOORS

Matisse’s honey-wheat hues warm this black-white-grey palette by mixing seamlessly with the other natural materials, such as wood, leather and metals, accented by contemporary and sculptural pieces of art and earthy toned furnishings.
